A Vision Forward 2025–2027:

As we embark on our journey through 2025–2027, we find ourselves standing at the intersection of profound challenges and real opportunities—opportunities to make a meaningful, lasting difference in the lives of the communities we serve across Sudan.
As a women-led organization, our commitment to building resilience, uplifting the most vulnerable, and shaping a future grounded in peace and social justice is stronger and more determined than ever before.

Since our founding and federal recognition, RDHA has consistently demonstrated its ability to adapt and respond amid escalating crises and complex humanitarian conditions. This strategic plan is more than just a document—it is a roadmap that reflects the collective dedication of our team and the strength of our partnerships with local communities, national organizations, and international allies.

We are deeply aware of the immense humanitarian suffering caused by ongoing conflict and the layered crises facing our nation. In response, our strategic priorities focus on:

● Delivering life-saving aid
● Enhancing protection for women and children
● Supporting livelihoods and early recovery
● Promoting localization of aid and empowering
local actors

The true strength of our organization lies in our committed team and grassroots community networks. We will continue investing in capacity building—for both our staff and partners—strengthening accountability systems, and operating with transparency to ensure that every form of support reaches those in need with the highest efficiency and impact.

We invite all our partners and stakeholders to renew their commitment to joint action. Together, we can overcome the challenges, heal the wounds, and lay down strong foundations for a better Sudan—a future in which every individual, especially women and girls, can enjoy their full rights, dignity, and security.

A Final Word:
Each morning, I carry with me the words of a woman from Bau village in the Blue Nile State:
"We are not victims; we are heroines crafting hope from despair."

Her courage and unwavering resolve are the spirit that fuels our mission.
Together, we are determined to write a new chapter in Sudan’s history—one where justice prevails, schools rise from the ruins of war, and women’s voices lead every decision
